The background of this panel was inspired by Art Noveau tiles and features stylised portraaits of the clients cats.

A hanging panel commissioned as a present for the bridegroom from his bride on their wedding day.

An interesting brief was supplied by the bride, her husbund to be was originally from Sri Lanka and she wished to have various items included.

Staying with the marriage theme, these two small panels were commissioned for the bride and groom.

The client requested two small hangable panels with the couples initials.

Some examples of garden features, all have stainless steel rods that can be pushed in to the ground.

The taller one at the top utilises a zinc outer frame with coloured and textured glass along with small shaped pieces of glass to add even more interest.

The smaller ones below are a traditional lead & glass design with coloured and textured glass. These also feature some painted and sand blasted panels. As with traditional stained glass work the glass is pained and then fired in the kiln for permanance.

These are very intersting features as the sun light passes through and creates different effects at different times of the day, and year!

A hangable panel of a swan and it's nest.

I thought it may be of interest to see the piece part way through the design process.

Looking at the picture part way through construction, at this stage the pieces have been cut, painted and fired. The nest is made from a single piece of glass on to which I have fused small pieces of glass to represent the eggs and the reeds the swan had used to make it's nest.

Here is a commission I completed.

To the right it is shown here on a stand but was then fitted into a stable door in the kitchen of my client, left picture.

This piece includes a painted section as well as a couple of fused pieces.
